We provide jewelry repair, cleaning, resizing, pawning, and related services. All services are performed at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any service or pawn transaction that we determine we are unable to fulfill safely, adequately, or in compliance with applicable law.

3. Pawn Transactions

• All pawn transactions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of New York and the City/County of New York City, including all pawnbroker licensing and reporting requirements.
• By entering into a pawn transaction, you represent that the item you are pawning is your lawful property and that you have full legal right to pawn it.
• At the time of the transaction, you will receive a pawn ticket detailing the loan amount, interest rate, fees, and redemption deadline. Keep your pawn ticket — it is required to reclaim your item.
• Interest payments are due on the schedule stated on your pawn ticket. We will send you SMS reminders as your payment due date approaches as a courtesy, but you are responsible for making payments on time regardless of whether a reminder is received.
• Failure to make interest payments or redeem your item by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the item, in accordance with New York State pawnbroker law.
• We reserve the right to decline any item for pawning at our sole discretion.

4. SMS Payment Reminders

As a courtesy, we will send SMS text messages to remind you when an interest payment is approaching or when your pawn loan is nearing expiration. These reminders are provided as a convenience only and do not replace your responsibility to track and meet your payment obligations as stated on your pawn ticket. Missed reminders due to opt-out, carrier issues, or incorrect phone numbers do not excuse late or missed payments.

5. Item Drop-Off & Acceptance

• You represent that any item you bring in for service or to pawn is your lawful property or that you have full authorization from the owner.
• We are not responsible for undisclosed pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions present in an item at the time of drop-off.
• We will document the condition of your item at intake. It is your responsibility to review and confirm this at drop-off.
• Repair items not picked up within 90 days of notification that they are ready may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or sell abandoned items to recover service costs after reasonable notice.

6. Estimates & Pricing

• Service estimates provided at drop-off are good-faith approximations. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once service begins.
• We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work that significantly exceeds the original estimate.
• Payment is due in full upon pickup of your item.
• Pawn loan terms, interest rates, and fees are disclosed in full on your pawn ticket at the time of the transaction.

7. Liability & Limitation

• We take reasonable care in handling all items entrusted to us. However, our liability for any loss, theft, or damage to an item while in our possession is limited to the declared value agreed upon at drop-off or the pawn loan amount, not to exceed the fair market value of the item.
• We strongly recommend that high-value items be insured by you prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for insuring items left in our care.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or non-performance of our services, or from any pawn transaction.

8. Identity Verification

We require a valid government-issued ID at the time of drop-off, pawn transaction, and pickup, as required by New York State pawnbroker regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service or release of an item if satisfactory identification cannot be provided.

9. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS at the time of service or pawn transaction, you agree to receive text message updates and payment reminders. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Diamond Jewelry and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

11. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees that the website will be available at all times or that its content is free of errors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
